A:Use with “UnitedStar” brand name, the MOQ is 100pcs. for OEM order, the MOQ is 1000pcs. If ODM, should discuss according to actual conditions or 20000pcs/year.

2.Q:Are you trading company or factory?
A:We have 2 factory having more than 14 years experience on manufacturing.

3.Q:Can you OEM for us?

4.Q:Can you make ODM design?

5.Q:Can I get a sample?
A:Of course, but you may need to pay sample charge which will be returned after any order signed.

6.Q:What certification your products have?
A:Most of our products have CB, CE, G-Mark, CSA and RoHS certificates. If you need others such as UL, PSE and so on, we can proceed them too.

7.Q:What’s your delivery time?
A:Direct orders can be within 7-15 days. OEM/ODM products will be shipped within 30 days.

8.Q:What’s your sample lead time?
A:normally about 7-10 working days for sampling and 3-4 days for express courier. If new mold involved, it will take longer time.

A:Normally 1-2 pieces of each.
